At a time when I, a journalist of the Black Chronicle in Albania for 19 years, really expected SPAK and BKH to go to Shkodër to take over the investigation of the massacre caused in the "Republic of Dobraç" and find the perpetrators of the 3 victims and 1 seriously injured, it was considered appropriate that SPAK, these days of horror in the Northern city, call me and ask me.
My question for the second time in the premises of SPAK, was carried out 11 months after the unprecedented raid carried out by Rakija and 5 BKH officers, between the midnight of December 13 and 14, 2023.
They took everything from my work, including the children's belongings and family memories, and again they demand that I speak and give explanations about something that I don't belong to either speak or see dreams with regrets, for the actions I have performed during my work.
I would regret and apologize if, to Altin Duman, or anyone else inside, I would have entered the family, the children, the wife and everywhere else through the drawers, as they did on December 13, 2023 when they opened the drawers of the children's underwear and anything, to find the source. And all the more I am asked to talk about a criminal case that SPAK once enters and attaches to proceeding No. 75, (where the national team of paid killers in Albania is located) and once takes it out separately with another separate proceeding number.
I am asked to speak about a criminal file, where the investigative secret was released by the SPAK and then the journalist was attacked by the SPAK itself, a matter for which the Interjudicial Commission for Human Rights at the UN has expressed with two decisions on taking measures suspension of the actions of the SPAK special prosecution.
Yesterday and today, many of my friends, colleagues and colleagues in the work that I have been doing for years, asked me what I was called for and what I was asked about.

To quell any curiosity of the people who have called and written, my answer to all the questions compiled by the BKH officer has been the same:

They resolve the issue eventually, then you take action. This court has stopped you twice. Although Altin Dumani has complained to the UN... his claims have been rejected...".
Every question had this answer.
Then these, "...meselera me gijjilera...", let's leave it to the serial gossipers in Tirana cafes and some inside SPAK, because they have nothing to do.
And yesterday, SPAK decided to return to me the evidence with No. 339, which is the "Iphone 6" telephone device, which belongs to my son, now 11-year-old Erlis Qyno.
I looked at the number and laughed. I remembered the famous 339, one of the most famous files of the Prosecution of Serious Crimes, started by Anton Martini, developed by Gent Osmani and completed in the trial phase by Vladimir Mara and Dritan Prençi.
In this file, the entire state connected to the mafia clans of Durrës and Shijak was revealed, while several scams and perpelugas ended up as defendants in the trial.
