This is not an answer to Lorenc Vangjelin. This is a response to the lies and manipulations of Lorenc Vangjeli, made in his essay towards me. Also this is an answer to Lenci users, who are afraid to face the truth of Oncology and use a small soldier, who in 30 years, has not once known to ask for a rank, but has remained a small soldier . 3. Lenci accuses me of manipulation.

I challenge Lorenci, and those after him, to rise to the height of the little bit of humanity they may have inside them, to tell me, which communication was taken out of context, since Lenci, this lover of lek and interest, calls me the devil? Yes, Lenci, I will be like that for the one who protects them. You angels of Hell, you will have me in front of you. I will follow every responsibility of theirs to the end. As if I am alone in this battle.
But Lenci has no skin. There is pain in the heart as well as in the brain, yes, yes. He defends a crime. For him, it is not a crime to leave patients without chemotherapy for months. For him, it is a crime to accuse the Head of Oncology, Silvana Çelik, as being responsible for that situation. Why? Because I tell him that he has a title of "Associate Professor", which the Court of First Instance has taken away from him, because he obtained it in violation of the law. He took it before he retired, just so he could continue to be Chief of Oncology. For the good of this post, Lenci and those behind you, be calm, because we will talk another day. Ato komunikime janë e vërteta e shqiptarëve. Është e vërteta e atyre që kanë mbetur pa ilaçe kimio, pa trajtim, pa rreze. Është e vërteta e atyre që i kanë blerë ilacet kontrabandë, të dërguar edhe nga mjekë të Onkologjikut nëpër farmaci të Tiranës. Kjo është e vërteta. Lenci këtë të vërtetë nuk e njeh sepse atë e manipulojnë dhe ia tregojnë gjërat gabim.
Fakt është se Lenci, ekspert të çdo fushe, e kanë gënjyer edhe ata të cilët ai del për t’i mbrojtur. Thotë që në rastet e mungesave, pacientët marrin trajtime të tjera. Gënjeshtër. Po si mund të jesh kaq i paskupullt dhe kaq i përdorshëm? Si mund të tallesh kështu me pacientët që kanë vuajtur e vuajnë nga kanceri?
Si mund të zëvendësohet gemcitabina Lenci, pyeti pak ata që të përdorin? Po kur mungojnë phesgo dhe herceptina të dyja bashkë, çfarë trajtimi bëhet? Po kur mungon goserlina? Apo i kastrojnë meshkujt? 4. Unë agjent marketingu i spitaleve private?

Tek privati, Lenc, brenda e jashtë Shqipërisë. Sepse privatit i intereson që publiku të jetë keq, apo jo?
Pastaj nuk e di Lenci, apo nuk ia kanë thënë përdoruesit e tij, se vetë ata kanë spitale private dhe trafikojnë pacientë nëpër klinika? Se di Vangjeli këtë?
Apo kjo është arsyeja se përse nuk flitet nga Shefja e Onkologjikut sesi mjekë të atij spitali trafikojnë pacientë drejt spitaleve të tyre private?
Sepse ajo i ka ditur të gjitha. Dosja e Prokuorisë e vërteton këtë.
Unë i blerë, i korruptuar apo agjent i spitaleve private?
Vetë Lenci e provoi te më “blinte”, para se të lëshonte batarenë e akuzave, shpifjeve, fyerjeve banale që vetem nje i dehur, i inatosur, apo i paguar për të mbrojtur diçka që nuk e mbon dot mund t’i thotë e shkruajë. Disa javë më parë më ka marrë në telefon, dhe më ka kërkuar që mos të flas më për Silvana Çelikun.
