The last two days of this parliamentary session were left for Edi Rama and his parliamentary horde to conclude quickly and with the "consensus" of the bargain not only delicate laws that deserve and need debate but also flagrant interference in the Constitution of Albania. After the Rama-Berisha bazaar, which has already gotten all kinds of ink where even the biggest skeptic can't find any more questions, in yesterday's session the miracle of democracy happened!!!..
Constitutional institutions were lined up to report formally.
But for the incomparable surprise and madness, one of the most important constitutional institutions of this country was not called to report:
the KLSH!
This diabolical and deliberate act was not forgetfulness or deviation but the continuation of the fulfillment of the Rama-Berisha anti-state black market.
While for many days the chairman of the KLSH, Arben Shehu, and his staff were reporting to the Parliamentary Committee on the Economy in the plenary session of the report, they were not only excluded, but a parliamentary sub-committee was also created to audit the "Work of the public sector". , which included this constitutional institution, which, for the sake of truth, has the merit of denouncing many white-collar corruption scandals.
Without wanting to go into the open and clandestine details of this parliamentary procedure, I conclude with conviction that this is not only an assassination but a constitutional coup in a country that claims to be integrated into the European family.
The diabolical prevention materialized immediately after the execution of the bargain which started with the Xhafa commission to continue with the sabotage of the electoral reform and culminated with the attack to destroy the KLSH.
Three actions in full accord that taken together are tritol on the foundations of the state, of pluralism and democracy to keep intact the slandered ruling autocracy and the false opposition monopoly.
An inattentive eye may not make the connection between these three acts, but the purpose is clear and decipherable.
With the "Xhafa" supercommission, there was an attempt to blackmail the prosecution and special courts to the point of atrophy, by bypassing the reporting and creation of the commission for the audit of the SSC, there is an attempt to
paralyze the only institution that supplies the justice bodies with reports and scandalous findings of crime and state corruption.
While the cover of the bargain and meanness was the pseudo intervention in the electoral reform which
was actually a repetition of the anti-pluralist and anti-democratic agreement of 2008, which is already photocopied and asphyxiates the decision of the Constitutional Court.
Faced with this unprecedented situation, it seems as if this hegemony installed by agreement is without a solution.
The pessimistic idea is being massively created that there can be no change either from Albanians or from internationals.
But as I emphasized in the following, fortunately I did not come out disappointed, this miserable and dangerous picture for democracy and Albania will not continue for long...!
Thanks to our attentive Euro-Atlantic allies, special legal and constitutional mechanisms have already been created that are slowly weakening and killing the political cancer that has been occupying democracy, the state and the economy for more than three decades.
