Corruption in us extends to all spheres of life, and this makes the fight against it difficult. Corruption is not something simple, and often it is presented with illegal and anti-state elements.

Corruption has been appearing as a dangerous and invincible "virus" for Albania for 34 years. The institutions and citizens of this country, never more than today, have never felt more endangered, before this evil that has affected the individual and the state. This phenomenon has captured the society of every layer. But even though he is fighting, he still seems to "get fat", so a frontal battle is needed to defeat this criminal phenomenon. Corruption is gangrene, which degrades any society, especially the post-communist Albanian one.

Albania has countless "Anticorruption" state structures, and is undertaking very concrete implementation plans, and national strategies in the fight against this great evil. The relevant bodies for the fight against crime and corruption, (the latter classified as a separate crime) are working hard to win the battle against it. When corruption returns to the system (as it started to return when PD was in power) then the situation becomes more complicated. State anti-corruption structures have presented before the justice bodies, many cases where politicians are involved in corrupt affairs, who of course consider the wealth created illegal, when it is not justified by evidence and legal facts.

Corruption in us extends to all spheres of life, and this makes the fight against it difficult. Corruption is not something simple, and often it is presented with illegal and anti-state elements. The law must act very harshly, when facts are gathered that there is corruption in the high or middle structures of the state. The fight against corruption is also a fight against the bureaucratic and oligarchic apparatus. Prime Minister Rama's initiatives regarding the strengthening of the fight against corruption have begun to produce good effects.

If we want to have a healthy society, corruption must be eliminated, as it has gripped state bodies and especially politicians. The fight against this phenomenon is extended to all powers, where it is ascertained and discovered that there is corruption. When the official or official has a clear conscience, he neither corrupts nor corrupts anyone. But this positive approach is missing today.

It is absent in most cases, and has created many cases of corruption. There are many state bodies that are committed to fighting corruption, such as the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of the Interior, SPAK, etc., and as far as the courts are concerned, they must be very transparent. They should be like that, since they are the most accused of corruption. "Corruption is the cause and consequence of economic crime," said a prosecutor in a television studio. Corrupt structures have resulted all the way up, and this has increased the fight against him. Greed to be rich in 1 or 2 years has corrupted many politicians who are trying to maintain their positions.

This type of "virus" is defeated when a frontal war is declared against it by the entire state and citizens. In the case of corruption, Albania today has a common front from which we can hope for victory over this great evil which is eroding the foundations of constitutional institutions, endangering the normal development of the country and integration into the EU.
