This tour showed that Edi Rama needs power in Albania only as a political, strategic and financial asset to sponsor his personal dream on the international stage. The luxury mug was therefore a detriment to the Berlin Process.
The tour of the Prime Minister of Albania is also unprecedented for a politician of the region and equally unprecedented on the global level. It is as if the Prime Minister of Poland, for example, starts a tour in the countries of the European Union, such as Germany, France, Italy, etc. before a Summit to be held in Warsaw.
It would definitely be the funniest and most delirious trip to Europe.
For a Summit, to which Albania provides only security and infrastructure, Edi Rama made a campaign. The only competence he has at this Summit is to curate well the culinary tastes of his counterparts, since Berlin and Paris will decide on the topics of discussion and agreements, as has been the case since the Berlin Process was founded.
In this perspective, it is clearly a delusional attempt to appear, without any substance, as the regional leader who is reconciling the Balkans. Not to change something, not to reconcile the Balkans because he knows he can't do that and the facts showed that he couldn't, but to send the message to the West that this is the politician that should be supported, that he wants stability, to convince those who oversee him in Washington, Brussels, Berlin and Paris to overlook the massacred elections that keep him in power, the rampant corruption and money laundering, the personalization of power and its use for personal interests.
Ky delir i liderit rajonal, mund t' i bënte dëm vetëm atij, nëse nuk do ta vinte Kosovën në këtë pozitë të vështirë që e ka vënë sot dhe nëse nuk do ta shndërronte Shqipërinë e varfër në infrastrukturën luksoze të personit që e ka marrë peng. Deliri i liderit Rajonal dhe fabula që e pason, janë duke e ekspozuar Kosovën si problem, sikur ajo është po aq fajtore sa Serbia për atë që po i ndodh në territorin e saj, sikur kokfortësia e Qeverisë po shkakton një tension që mund të çojë në konflikt. Këto teza të Vuçiç, është duke i përdorur sot për fat të keq Kryeministri i Shqipërisë, vetëm për të fituar statusin e negociatorit ndërkombëtar apo liderit rajonal si fasadë, në thelb vetëm për pushtetin e tij personal.
Anullimi i mbledhjes së dy qeverive si një sanksion ndaj Kosovës, pikërisht në kohën kur Kosova kishte më shumë nevojë për Shqipërinë, ishte një zell prej servili ndaj ndërkombëtarëve, një lutje që t'i japin atij këtë status të veçantë që kërkon. Gjithmonë, jo për të paqtuar rajonin, por për të konsoliduar pushtetin personal.
E gjithë çfarë beri për Kosovën në dy ditët e lavdisë së dëshpëruar, ishte në favor të Serbisë. Relativizoi bandat serbe, i përdori takimet me Osmanin dhe Konjufcën për të marrë kredite dhe pastaj i perdori takimet kundër tyre dhe kundër Kurtit. Vuri në pikëpyetje dëshirën e Kurtit për bashkëpunim duke e ekspozuar si shumë të vështirë pjesëmarrjen e tij në samitin e tetorit, duke bërë sikur nuk e di që, ndërsa ai me Vuçiçin dhe Zaevin merreshin me Ballkanin e Hapur, Kryeministri i Kosovës kërkonte vetëm Procesin e Berlinit.
