They have been the true decision-making Parliament of this country.
They have postponed the strategic investment law 7 times.
They have decided that the land on the coast should be taken from the owner by law and given to the strategic investor.
They have taken over ports, airports, marinas, highways, and mines with concessions without competition.
They have benefited from IPARD funds, they are the largest beneficiaries of sovereign guarantees.
They decide when and how the fiscal amnesty will take place.
They even try to set import tariffs for used washing machines, stoves, and televisions.
The Prime Minister has only been the executor of their ideas and plans, while the Assembly has been the notary of their interests.
Now is the time for this "Parliament to be legislated."
Here the prime minister is being honest, this is the truest promise: "we must recognize the real decision-makers in this country."
