In this time of antagonisms when a "Bridge of Life" is being described by someone as an incitement to violence more than ever we need builders of bridges of communication and tolerance between nations and who would do it better than Saint Mother Teresa who bears on his still living shoulders the universal name of the love of mankind.
These days, while various demonstrations are being held in Albanian lands in honor of Mother Teresa, the world is preparing to mark September 5, the international day of charity announced by the UN to sensitize humanity to the mitigation of humanitarian crises and human suffering within and between nations.
In Mitrovica, the most beautiful values of life are being sacrificed, in the name of fear of violence, forgetting something more valuable than building bridges that serve every peaceful person on this earth. Mitrovica needs an awareness and action of solidarity which would replace fear with the creation of intercultural values against those nationalists who are poisoning every effort for harmony, equality and mutual peace between people.

There is nothing more humane when the culture of a country opens the gates of the motherland between the bridges to recognize the neighbor from the other hill as a sign of respect for the difference he represents, to build peace, dialogue and understanding together.
A closed Bridge protected by tanks that we can see in the media today is the spawn of stupidity, it is a deception and incitement of hatred, a lie about reality that is imposed as an absolute truth, to change the perception of reality and truth.
To hate the unknown is easy, but in the 21st century to close Bridges which are more sacred than temples is blasphemy against human life.
The bridge closed in Mitrovica due to pain should unite us in the revival and permanent peace of all nations, through the love of Mother Teresa, which from now on should bear the Holy name, "Mother Teresa's Bridge", " Most Mother Teresa".
This peaceful proposal should be supported by civil society, state institutions and our international partners, as an initiative for a happy solution on a blessed day announced by the UN, in honor of Mother Teresa, September 5, 2024.
