New details from the macabre event in Greece, where a 27-year-old man from Palestine raped a 33-year-old Albanian woman, then stabbed her and held her hostage in a basement.
The 33-year-old's mother told the Greek media that her daughter and the young Palestinian had known each other for several months, while admitting that this was not the first time that her daughter had been badly abused.
She says that two months ago, another case of brutal violence was recorded that the 27-year-old had exercised against the Albanian.
"He had hit him a lot everywhere. With wood and iron I don't know, he had tied her... She is afraid that this is not the first time he has hit her. He hit him two months ago. She had known him for months and he had abused her badly before, with wounds on his eyes and head. Even now, he dragged her and hit her" , said the mother of the Albanian girl.
Shocked by the serious incident, she further added that her daughter was thankfully saved by a police patrol who was nearby, who had heard cries and screams.
"My daughter was saved by a miracle. She was rescued by the police who heard her cries. She is in the hospital and I hope everything goes well. He is unable to speak, he is in shock. He probably held her by force because from what I understand he locked her in a garage and kept her there for days, wanted her to leave and then beat her in a way that I don't know if it's called human ", she said.
