In a communication via the SKY ECC application on March 6, 2020, Emiljano Shullazi and Marklen Haka discuss the murder of Durim Bami.
Among other things, Shullazi writes: "Does it look like those guys will catch that stink? Well, tell me quickly. We told Lir Paja about Durim Bani, when we talked together, but he doesn't have the balls and his mind is on the goods."
In the communications revealed in the Prosecution's file, dated March 24, 202, Shullazi communicates again with Marklen Haka and it is suspected that they discuss the location of citizen Durim Bami: "What, that trash doesn't come out of the neighborhood at all. What car does he drive out of...? What does Valteri say?"
Another communication between them is dated 20.04.2020, where Shullazi asks Marklen Haka about the cars that Durim Bami uses. "What is that D driving, that Renxhi with Italian license plates? What license plates does he have? With the new ones, how many license plates does he have. I have to take care of Bedriu too. He came to Tirana with some car. But did he take that Audi?"
SPAK accuses Marklen Haka of the criminal offenses of "Premeditated Murder", attempted, to the detriment of citizen Durim Bami, an event that occurred on 04.11.2020 in the city of Tirana, committed in a special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group.
