The deliberate burning of two vehicles in the city of Pogradec has been revealed, events recorded on December 28, 2025 and February 26, 2026 in neighborhood no. 1.
Julian Troka, 38, who is suspected of being the author of the burning of two vehicles, has been arrested, while Eno Flamuraj, 38, who is suspected of being the person who ordered it, has been declared wanted.

The deliberate burning of two vehicles in the city of Pogradec has been revealed, one of them committed in December and the other 3 days ago.
The suspected perpetrator is identified and arrested, and the person who ordered the arson is wanted.
A 21-year-old man is also being prosecuted for failing to report a crime.
The services of the Pogradec Police Commissariat, following the intensive work to clarify and document the events that occurred on 28.12.2025 and 26.02.2026, in the city of Pogradec, where two vehicles were burned, organized the work to clarify the circumstances and to identify and hold those responsible for these events legally accountable.
As a result of rapid investigative and operational actions, carried out within the framework of operation "The last fire", citizen JT, 38 years old, was identified and arrested, and the mastermind, citizen EF, 38 years old, resident of Korça, was declared wanted.
These two citizens, in collaboration with each other, are suspected perpetrators of the two aforementioned events, which occurred at different times, where in neighborhood no. 1, Pogradec, vehicles owned by citizens AM and EM were set on fire.
The materials were also referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen JL, 21 years old, resident of Korça, for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime".
"The procedural materials were referred to the Korça Prosecutor's Office for further action ," the police announced.
