The police of Tirana arrested today the 38-year-old Olsi Bibollari, after he stole 15,000 euros in an apartment in the 'Community of Paris', 5 days ago, on August 25, 2024.

The 38-year-old was seized the amount of suspected stolen money, which was found in the apartment of the suspected perpetrator, a vehicle as well as the clothes that the perpetrator used during the theft.
It is learned that the 38-year-old and the doctor had a friendly relationship, where a week ago the doctor gave 50,000 euros in debt to the author of the theft, a procedure that was closed with documentation at the notary. But, after they met, the doctor forgot the apartment key in Bibollar's car, which the latter took and went to the doctor's house, opened it and took the money.
The doctor himself made the report to the police and after they opened the cameras and other evidence, he was identified.
From a search at the National Business Center, Olsi Bibollari turns out to be the owner of the 'Ogi' Restaurant, and a shareholder in a 'Vok' coffee bar.
" Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Police Station No. 2, following the work to crack down on criminal activities in the field of property theft and to bring to the fore the criminal responsibility of the citizens who commit them, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Key". As a result, citizen Olsi Bibollari, 38 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested for the criminal offense of "Theft", provided by Article 134 of the Criminal Code , the police announced.
