The Special Court has suspended for one year the trial for Mikael Qosjan, also known by the surnames Kamami and Stefo.
The suspension of the trial dates has been assessed, until he is informed about the process, as the court order for his arrest has not yet been executed.
Qosja, who is suspected of taking refuge in Spain, is suspected of being one of the perpetrators of the triple murder on December 29, 2018 in Bradashesh of Elbasan, where Endrit Alibej, Arben Dyldjeri and the Turkish citizen, Erdal Durunay, were executed.
The crime was allegedly committed on behalf of the "Copja" organization.
The first is the brother of Erion Alibejt, the repentant justice, arrested for several crimes that have been considered as revenge for this murder, and the other two, their family members.
Qosja was initially investigated and declared wanted by the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan in 2021, investigations which then showed that the event was carried out in collaboration with other people, as part of a criminal group.
For this reason, the file was sent to the Special Prosecutor's Office, which in February of this year submitted to the Court the request that he be tried for murder against two or more people, theft with violence, illegal possession of weapons and participation in a criminal group .
