An Italian man has been arrested by the police after he was caught red-handed transporting illegal immigrants.
It is reported that the Italian, with a jeep type vehicle, crashed into another vehicle from behind in Vërdovo, the woman wanted to leave the scene but the residents of the area did not allow her. The accident is reported only for material damage.
When the police arrived, they found about 12 immigrants inside the vehicle. It is suspected that the Italian was transporting them to Tirana, against payment.
In the meantime, the Blues are carrying out investigative actions to clarify the accident.
