The departure of Lorenc Meta, from the post of Deputy Director of the Shkodra Police, was almost turning into an impossible mission for the criminal group "Bajri-Gjoka" in Shkodra.
The removal of Lorenc Meta from Shkodra turned into a real challenge for the group, as his escape was not only wanted by the "Bajri-Gjoka" duo, but also by his subordinate, the head of the homicide department in the Shkodra Police, Ardrit Hasanbegaj , already arrested.
Hasanbegaj sought the departure of Lorenc Meta in order to take his place and settle in a better job, where he could benefit from the monetary amount.

Bajri strongly suspected that the head of the investigation in Shkodër, Lorenc Meta, created security for the Lice, as he kept the police vans, RENEA and FNSH at the entrance of their neighborhood in "Kiras", preventing the "Bajres" from monitoring them. and infiltrated their neighborhood.
The situation becomes so serious that Behar Bajri, through the mediation of Ervis Martinaj, decides to meet with the deputy police director Lorenc Meta in Laç, asking for an agreement at the table. Firstly, to let him go free in the gambling business in Shkodër and secondly, not to protect the Lice and their connections in the city.
But things become even more complicated, when Pëllumb Gjoka asks Behar Bajri to call the SP deputy in Shkodra Luan Harusha, so that the latter goes to the deputy Taulant Balla, with the aim of removing Lorenc Meta from Shkodra
According to the conversations held in "Sky", the situation for this work is complicated to the extent that things and the intervention for the removal of Lorenc Meta, go much higher still, to the high officials of the state, where the person who would intervene was the deputy of the SP, Harusha plays.
According to the investigation file, on July 6, 2020, Pëllumb Gjoka, talks to Behar Bajri, writing to him that the RENEA forces have arrived in Shkodër. Behari, among other things, writes to him as follows:

The pigeon tells him by message as if he has felt it since June 16, 2020, that the police and politics are playing to remove him from circulation:

Behari ia kthen: “…jo hala, po ky a ka informacion…po ka hi Taulanti për këtë punë…me e hek gjoja krejt”.
Por sërish Pëllumb Gjoka ia kthen: “...oo vëlla të gënjen Luani, të len në gjumë. Taulantit duhet me i thanë për ditë nga 3 herë. Duhet me e pyet përditë. Taulantit unë i kam thanë që shkoi dosja në Shkodër, por ai flet një herë dhe harron…ky sdin gja ku është. Duhet me e pyet a fole, ku mbyllet. Duhet ti thuash përditë, jo me e lanë me ba muhabete të përgjithshme…”.
Hasanbegaj: S’do e lemë Shkodrën në dorë të kriminelëve
Ndërkohë në datën 20 Gusht 2020, shefi i sektorit të vrasjeve në drejtorinë e Shkodrës, Ardrit Hasanbegaj, bisedon me biznesmenin Pëllumb Gjoka, duke i thënë:
“…o vëlla, ka llafe për atë mikun tëndë Ministër të Brendshëm, Taulanti. Llafe, di gjë ti…!?”.
Ndërsa Pëllumbi ia kthen: “…po kam frikë se nuk e bën…”.
Por më tej Ardrit Hasanbegaj i shkruan Pëllumbit: “…mua, Zefit dhe Mondit na duhej një dimër aty vëlla…se ty nuk ta ha ka***, i ke mbyllur hallet vëlla. Neve na duhet, se “kapedani” qënka dobët në veprime...”.
Sërish Pëllumbi ia kthen Hasanbegaj: “…po u bë ky, po vëlla. Ishallah po bëhet ky…”.
Kurse Hasanbegaj i shkruan: “…hahaha prandaj po të them, nuk do e lemë Shkodrën në dorë të kriminelave”.
Pëllumbi ia kthen në datën 11 Gusht 2020 se ka folur me Taulantin që ta uronte, por ai i ka thënë jo.
Më tej, Hasanbegaj dhe Gjoka, në 17 Tetor 2020 flasin së bashku lidhur me largimin e Drejtorit të Policisë, Niko Brahimi, për gati një javë pasi do i nënshtrohej një operacioni shëndetësor dhe është komanduar për 1 javë zv/drejtori Lorenc Meta.
Por Pëllumb Gjoka më tej i shkruan Hasanbegaj se: “…unë jam tu plas me e heq o vëlla, se ky rri me ca lidhje të Visit edhe nga ata e ka dëgjuar”.

On January 12, 2021, Lorenc Meta left the post of Deputy Director of Shkodra and the news of his departure appeared in the media on January 13.
Meta went to the State Police Directorate in Tirana as a simple specialist, being replaced by Kujtim Gjoka.
But on January 12, 2021, Ardrit Hasanbegaj talks to Pëllumb Gjoka, writing to him as follows: "... brother, what are you doing, how are you?, that ass *** is gone. They moved it today...".
