SPAK has issued 35 arrest warrants within the "Golden Bullet" operation 2, where it turns out that judges and police leaders were also involved in some serious criminal events such as murders and assassinations.

Security expert Fatjon Softa was invited to the "Ora News" news studio to talk about this penetration of crime up to the judicial structures or even the highest levels of the police.
"Today we are looking for many people, who are scary names, but we have had them detained by the police structure. It was precisely the state police that arrested them, took them to the court through the prosecutor's office and it was precisely the court that released them, from prison arrest, to house arrest, to prepare to leave them.
Let's start from the fact that Ervis Martinaj was in prison, was taken to house arrest and left from house arrest. Then we declare them wanted and ask for extradition.
So there was a judiciary, which to some extent failed, did not function, was corrupt, elements of the judiciary, i.e. certain persons, who helped them in changing the evidence, in changing the facts, in mitigating the measure of security and today we say that if we catch them, they will come here.
So if we have a healthy police, the police of 2023 have been in very good positions and their results have been visible.
