Everything started after a conflict between Tom Doshi and the two Molla brothers, 65 and 58 years old, over a property issue. It was Prek Molla himself who reported the conflict with Tom Doshi to the Velipoja police.
Prek Molla suffered minor physical injuries, while the conflict has been going on for many years in the area of Rrjolli in Velipojë, where both sides have claims for ownership.
