New details have been revealed regarding the cocaine seized in Montenegro on November 16, as the complete itinerary of the narcotic in 18 different packages has also been revealed.
Reliable sources at the State Police confirm that the drug was initially within the territory of our country, unlike what was reported and vice versa at the beginning.
The "BMW" type car of Shkodran Arvid Halili, arrested by the police of Montenegro, was able to cross the border point of Muriqan, and the final destination was the capital of France, Paris, and the market value there would be about 2.2 million euros.
The Montenegrin authorities are known to have had information about the presence of narcotics and have kept the young man from Shkodra under observation during his journey on the land of the neighboring country towards the border point of Debeli Brijeg with Croatia.
The investigators' suspicions are that this amount of cocaine arrived in our country through the port of Vlora or Durrës, originating from Latin American countries. Arvid Halili turns out to be a courier for one of the Albanian drug-trafficking clans, but it is possible that he was alone this time, even though he did not provide details to the Montenegrin investigators.
