Diplomatic circles in Tirana have been talking about this possibility for a long time, as a concrete solution in the near future. When Albania is close to being accepted into the EU, at the head there will be a figure who has given evidence in the fight against what is called the great gangrene of the Balkans - corruption and the mafia...
Today, Volodymyr Zelensky is a very complex figure and part of the controversy, as a result of the war between Ukraine and Russia. But in 2018, when Zelensky was elected President, he managed to be a popular figure who brings the majority of the Ukrainian people around him. Even today, since Zelensky is a biased person, that is, against Moscow, he has more than the votes he received as President of the country.
The bottom line is clear, Zelensky is not a businessman or industrialist, as his predecessors were.
And in this aspect, it can be clearly said that today's President of Ukraine was a figure who had and has the support of the USA.
Who entered between a clash of elites, i.e. the corrupt of one wing and those of the other wing.
Zelensky received the votes of the gray electorate, so he won 73% of the votes.
Today, at the height of the war, the West has achieved an important victory, as the majority of Ukrainians are against Russia.
Now, let's come to our reality, since we are in a situation where the country is looking for an alternative other than the 12-year governance. Where a very important part of the electorate does not accept the recycling of the old elite.
The West has been experimenting with opposition figures for years, from Rudina Hajdari to Adriatik Lapaj and Endri Shabani, but none of them are considered relevant.
For many citizens in Albania, the situation seems hopeless, from the approach of an opposition lobby to keep Sali Berisha.
The USA tried it with Basha and the figures next to them, but came to the conclusion that they are irrelevant in the politically disengaged part of the population. That's why the USA initiated the reform in Justice, as an engine where citizens of any kind of political belief can hope for a change. And really, this seems to be the objective of the West, to give people what they want. The collapse of the pyramid of impunity, as a process that has been seen in other countries such as Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, etc., has produced new politics and leadership.
Even in Albania, especially the era of Altin Duman's leadership at the head of SPAK, has produced, in addition to criminal files, an important political process.
An almost growing popularity of the special prosecution, and in the first place of the head of the institution, Altin Dumani. Who has less than two years left to complete his mandate at the head of SPAK.
A sufficient time to lead strong investigations and files against the corrupt dome, but also to strengthen his political profile even more.
Altin Dumani is the only Albanian character who has "cracked" the gray area of the Albanian electorate, being liked equally by the voters of the left and those of the right.
So he meets the conditions of a figure who can really bring about the great political change that everyone is waiting for.
Diplomatic circles in Tirana have been talking about this possibility for a long time, as a concrete solution in the near future. When Albania is close to being accepted into the EU, at the head there will be a figure who has given evidence in the fight against what is called the great gangrene of the Balkans - corruption and the mafia.
It is not a secret, then, that the man who leads SPAK today has all the possibilities to be a future leader of Albania tomorrow, and for this he has and will have a very strong support from the United States of America and the European Union .
The Albanian political figures of the majority and the opposition know this well, and today we have a configuration of them within SPAK.
Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta are totally against SPAK and its leader, both for their criminal problems, but also to create a political spirit against Duman and the special prosecution.
Edi Rama, on the other hand, has stopped political support against SPAK and is getting ready to create parliamentary mechanisms to prevent the popularity of the head of the special prosecution from advancing.
Rama's walk in reality is a movement in minefield, as he is afraid that from moment to moment we will have investigations that could blow up not only his government, but the entire power of the majority.
In all likelihood, the Westerners, namely the USA, Germany and Great Britain, who are the most important actors in the Balkans, have found their 'Zelensky' in Albania, and are getting ready to launch the plan.
In 2018, when Ukraine's current president came to power with 72% of the vote, he made a popularity stunt as an anti-corruption comedian to score points.
Zelensky's performance with Kvartal 95, which then brought him back to the party, was by no means pure comedy. But a clear political parody against the caste of oligarchs who had taken over the Ukrainian political scene and replaced each other.
Zelensky, more than a candidate who won thanks to popularity, was a figure who was made, strongly supported and launched by the US. For a strategic approach that happened next - the war with Russia.
In this battle, the US above all has gained an important ally, which it is helping and using day by day to face the Russian bear.
So it is not surprising at all, that as it seems, the game for the Albanian Zelensky is approaching its last hours.../ Pamphlet
