Asked about the results of SPAK and the work of its head Altin Dumani, MP Gazment Bardhi said that he does not deny the fact that there have been issues that have been moved forward by this institution.
The head of the Democratic Parliamentary Group said that unlike Berisha who labels it "SKAP", he has had and still has the freedom not to call it that but on the other hand to criticize if things are not going well.
As for the election of the new president of SPAK, Bardhi said that the manner in which he is elected by SPAK will determine the future of the work of this institution.
"I do not deny the fact that certain files have been forwarded by SPAK. I have always done so, I know of no other way to guarantee the implementation of the law than to turn to the justice authorities."
I think that Mr. Rama will do everything to control the new head of SPAK, we will see the procedure to what extent the principle of meritocracy will be respected by the KLP.
We will see what the future holds when we see how the election process goes.

"I have had the freedom not to call it SKAP, and I will continue to maintain this freedom. I will personally criticize not only SPAK but any justice body when I find that things have gone wrong," Bardhi said on the show 'This Week' on News24.
