Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has attacked SPAK, after leaving the Special Prosecution Office in implementation of the "compulsory appearance" security measure.
Berisha described SPAK as Rama's political prosecutor, and said it will end on May 11, in the parliamentary elections. He added that SPAK, headed by the mercenary Dumani, is a tool of his regime and a crutch of the criminal power.
"One more thing, it's very interesting to read where I sign the testimony that I came, there the minutes say no remarks can be made.
