Democratic MP Dashnor Sula has made a very strong statement. Sula warned that SPAK head Altin Dumani has received a threatening message from an official.
The democratic deputy also emphasized that developments are expected in the coming days.
"The director of SPAK, when he came to the Law Commission, said directly, we do not need anything within the legal framework, leave us as we are, do not hinder us. Don't wait for me to tell you who sent the threatening message to Altin Duman, but we will have other developments", said Sula for Top Channel.
Sula was asked if it is about a wanted politician.
"It is alluded to Arben Ndoka, it is not true. Certain people with strong economic power are trying to do their best to hinder SPAK's work by threatening and obstructing it. This is clear, I have said it, I appreciate Altin Dumani and the other prosecutors who have taken on this difficult job" , said Sula.
Sula further said that he cannot give many explanations, while adding that the indications are dangerous.
"I don't give explanations that I damage the thing, but the indications I say are dangerous, SPAK must prevent it. "Politics has a lot to protect, it is enough to distance itself from elements of crime, there are politicians who collaborate with crime," Sula emphasized.
Likewise, the democratic deputy expressed his regret for having voted for the law on criminal amnesty. "I made a mistake that I voted for the law on criminal amnesty, it was articulated as if those convicted by the Criminal Court of Justice would not be released, but those convicted for corruption were released. It is sad that today another power, such as justice, will have to bring changes in politics", declared Sula.
Among other things, the democratic deputy, Dashnor Sula, who voted against the draft resolution of the SP, implied that there was an agreement between the opposition and the majority.
"The international community is also very concerned, if you look at the fact that either the majority or the opposition have a frontal attack on SPAK. One of the arguments that overthrows the cause of the majority is this, the parliament has the only efficient tool in these 20 years, which are investigative commissions, they destroyed the law on investigative commissions. The delegitimization done by the opposition is a mistake. The opposition, just as the agreement that I was against, the interest of the opposition, must participate in the commission, if the opposition does not participate in the commission and does not obstruct the majority and if there is a tendency of the majority to obstruct, it depends on the vote that the opposition has. From the position of the opposition, I will come out, I do not compromise and if I see that the foundations of the justice reform will be affected, I am open to others", expressed Dashnor Sula.
