Democratic MP Dashnor Sula has reacted regarding the Electoral Reform by accusing that there is a Bargain between Edi Rama and Lulzim Basha.
Sula has published a part of an interview of Bledi Çuçi, on which it is based saying that the agreement denounced in 2022 is still going on.
According to the democratic deputy, Basha gives votes to affect the constitution with the propaganda that he will get the system with 1 electoral district, while Edi Rama gets the bonus.
Sula also talks about the opposition's request to change the co-chairman of the electoral reform.
"Those who represent only 7 MPs seek to hold that post by force, while the majority, which will appoint the opposition with which it bargains, rejects the will of 50 MPs", says Sula.
According to the democratic deputy, the agreement of May 17 continues between Rama and Basha.
Sula denounces that with the bargain being made with Basha, Rama's power will be cemented.
"An occult deal denounced as far back as 2022, seems to have never gone away. The bargain that Mr. Çuçi confirms is: Basha gives the votes to affect the constitution with the propaganda that he will get the system with 1 electoral district, while Edi Rama gets PRIMI.
Premium is the system that gives the necessary mandates to the party that comes first with the number of votes in the elections to form the government.
This is dangerous and threatening to democracy. Every year we note a decrease in the level of democracy. However, the two friends of May 17 are not satisfied with that.
They want to cement the power of this majority and for the opposition to always remain in the opposition and for LB to appoint himself as a member of parliament.
