According to the investigation, Sali Berisha benefited from direct advantages, not only through the Malltezi family, but also from funding from the company Homeplan sh.pk, in the framework of the 2013 election campaign. Among the mentioned payments is the one for the accommodation and travel of a the singer invited by him.

SPAK continues that, over the years, the Berisha family has benefited from the income of Jamarbë and Argita Malltezi. In 2014, Berisha is accused of having benefited 24 thousand euros, of which 6 thousand euros were used for Liri Berisha's health expenses, and were declared in the ILDKPI as given by the son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi. The rest of 18,000 euros was declared by Shkëlzen Berisha as an interest-free loan from Jamarbër Malltezi, an amount that was not documented to have been repaid later.

In 2017, Berisha is accused of profiting 27,439.98 USD and 7,403.75 euros. The first amount represents medical expenses for the former prime minister, paid by Argita Malltezi and declared in ILDKPI, while the second amount was paid by Shkëlzen Berisha's lawyer in the USA, as an interest-free loan.

Also, Jamarbër Malltezi has paid 3 thousand euros for the holidays of Liri and Sali Berisha.

In 2021, 19,933 euros were paid for legal consultancy fees to the law firm in France in the case of Antony Blinken, which involved Sali and Liri Berisha. Of this amount, 13,288 euros are reflected as a liability to Jamarbër Malltez, while the rest is a liability from Shkëlzen Berisha.

In 2022, Argita Malltezi paid off the bills of the law firm in the United Kingdom for her father, Sali Berisha, with an amount of 213,590 euros. SPAK points out that these payments, as well as others, were made during the time when former Prime Minister Berisha opened legal proceedings in France and the United Kingdom against the sanctions imposed by the United States and the United Kingdom that declared him persona non grata.

Sali Berisha is accused of "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", a crime committed in collaboration with Jamarbër Malltez. According to SPAK, Berisha favored his son-in-law in the privatization of the former Partizani sports complex, and received favors in return.
