Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has again denounced today the Cadastre system in the country.
In a post on Facebook, Berisha states that the Cadastre is in complete chaos, where the theft of citizens and data in this service continues. He accuses Prime Minister Edi Rama of destroying this service, which was a functional model, since 2013.
As for the director of the Cadastre Dallandyshe Bici, Berisha says that she deserves to be sentenced to prison "for her anti-legal acts carried out by order of Rama, mistreats employees without political support, while party members receive salaries without going to work".
"Cadastre in complete chaos. The theft of citizens continues, Cadastre data hacked by Muçot e Rama. Total uncertainty about property titles. Hundreds and thousands of citizens pay very dearly for receiving the service with an accelerated procedure, and they do not receive it sometimes not even with a prolonged procedure, and the money is not returned.
The black hand of Edi Rama with his Muço destroyed this service that was a functional model, built by Albanian experts in 2013 and certified by the World Bank, which requested that it be used by other countries. But at that time the government did not pay hackers to steal the data of state agencies, as Edi Rama does today.
Meanwhile, "Famoze" Bici, who deserves decades in prison for her anti-legal acts carried out by order of Rama, mistreats employees without political support, while those party members receive their salaries without going to work.
I condemn with the greatest severity the theft of citizens from the Cadastre, the mistreatment of honest employees of this institution by Bici of the party, as well as the theft of data in the Cadastre system by Muçot e Rama.", writes Berisha.
Meanwhile, a week ago, Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted to the denunciations of the collapse of the Cadastre. Through a post on Facebook, Rama rejected the rumors about the problems with the Cadastre system, accusing again that the noise is being made by those, whom he calls the cockroaches and mice of the Cadastre, who fed on dirty money.
