The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, during his speech at the Electoral Assembly of the PD branch in Roskovec, spoke about the attempts to disband this party.
Basha said that the attacks on PD will continue, but according to him, this shows the fear and anxiety that have gripped them.
He said that the credit of the DP's resistance belongs to the democrats and emphasizes that every day we will show everyone that "we are the only force that will transform the desire for change into a political project".
"The alum is being separated from the sugar once again! PD constitutes a major threat to this system. That's why the frenzy of attacks that we have experienced in the last two years, which synchronizes even in the vocabulary they use, so much so that if you change your voice and close your eyes you say that they are the same person, but they are different and use the same vocabulary, this frenzy continues and will deepen. Do not take it as something to faint, but as a letter of praise, as a sign of the panic that has seized them.
This anxiety and this fear shows that the only political factor they fear is the Democratic Party of Albania. I tell you today, don't let us down. We try day by day until the day of confrontation comes, that yes, we are the only force that will transform this desire for change into a political project. Fortunately, the PD did not disintegrate, and the credit goes to the Democrats. I say thank you on behalf of all democrats. People who didn't do your daily calculations, but thought about everything beyond interest, for 33 years of sacrifice. What awaits us in the coming days and months and years. Those you were waiting for, and had invested your trust in, lowered their heads and disappeared, leaving you in front of this fury," said Basha.
