An "organism" created as usual in our big village, by "media personalities" who never write, has turned into a hammer to honor the thieves in power, by legislating censorship.
A so-called council of the Alliance for Ethical Media has made an a priori decision and asks Pamphlet to remove an article from the newspaper, do you say that it is the couch of censorship of the ayatollahs of Iran.
In this council, attended by professors from the University of Tirana such as Mark Marku, well-known lawyers such as Dorian Matlia, or journalists such as Klodiana Kapo, it has been decided that Pamfleti newspaper will remove an article in which a convicted official is accused of pressure in the May 14 campaign and the rule of the campaign is being violated...
The most normal thing that happens in any country of the world, when a person, subject, or state entity, when reacting to an article from certain media, is to ask to give his reaction regarding the publication. To clarify for the public, his opinion regarding the arguments or facts written in the article. And so, it is the public that freely judges who is right.
As the media is not a court, but a table where thoughts and attitudes are expressed, the more complete they are, the easier it is for the public, i.e. the readers to create an impression, it is up to the public and no one else to judge who is right. This is the function of the media, since the word was created.
But what happens to us? This ethical council, after receiving the complaint of an official convicted by a court decision, asks Pamphlet to remove the article, as according to the lady and gentlemen of the council, ethics have been violated. The removal of the writing has a clear goal, to remove it as evidence on the network, so that there is no opinion, which arises from a public concern. In short, this council recommends censorship as a solution, when it could just do the opposite. To demand confrontation of the attitude of the parties and that's it.

Ndaj dhe Shqipëria nuk është bërë dot një vend i lirë, por në të gjitha raportet konsiderohet vend hibrid, ku gazetarët e mediat janë nën presion të vazhdueshëm nga pushteti. Fatkeqësisht dhe nga ata që konsiderohen “kolegë”, por që janë më shumë pushtetarë mediatikë. Më poshtë po japim të plotë shkrimin e Pamfletit dhe vendimin e këshillit, që publiku ta kuptojë më qartë se përse bëhet fjalë.

Edi Rama, lidhi “qentë”!
Edhe në këtë fushatë, Edi Rama ka nxjerrë nga “kolibja” e ka vërsulur për vota “qentë” ish-drejtorë, të dënuar me burg për korrupsion e vjedhje pronash me falsifikime dokumentesh.
Një prej këtyre “qenve” është burgaxhiu Egon Velaj, ish-drejtor i ALUIZNI-it e ish-Drejtor i Paraburgimit të Vlorës, të cilin Babloku e ka “lëshuar” në qytetin e Vlorës, për të paguar e kërcënuar qytetarët, që të votojnë kandidatin Ermal Dredha, vëllain e dhëndrit të Gramoz Ruçit dhe sekserin e Sinan Idrizit në Dubai e Abu Dhabi kur ishte Ambasador.
Egon Velaj nuk tremb askënd, aq më tepër mediat, por bezdis me “lehjet” e tij, duke dërguar mesazhe orë e çast; dhe gjersa “leh” për llogari të PS e në emër të Bablokut, po i themi kryetarit të PS: - Edi Rama, lidhi “qentë”!
Ndoshta Babloku bën sikur nuk e di, sepse ka shumë “qenër” të tillë hajdutë, vrasës e burgaxhinj, që i ka lëshuar nga “zinxhirët” edhe në këtë fushatë elektorale, por po i kujtojmë, se cili është Egon Velaj, i zgjedhur i PS dhe pjesë e shtabit të kandidatit Ermal Dredha.
Bablok! Egon Velaj është ish-Drejtori i ALUZNI-t të Vlorës, i cili është dënuar 6 muaj burg, me Vendim nr. 425, datë 23.10.2019 të Gjykatës Vlorë; lënë në fuqi me Vendim nr. 183, datë 15.10.2020 të Gjykatës së Apelit dhe me Vendim nr. 3, datë 8.6.2021 të Gjykatës së Lartë.
Ky nuk është dënuar për rrahje apo shpifje, por si drejtor për grabitje pronash shteti e private, me falsifikime dokumentesh zyrtare si tapi, harta kadastrale, sipërfaqe tokash, planimetri banesash e vendime gjyqësore, kur ishte Drejtor i ALUIZNI-t të Qarkut-Vlorë.
Për t’i “freskuar” kujtesën Bablokut, po i kujtojmë se “qeni” i tij Egon Velaj, është ai që ministresha Etilda Gjonaj më 18 tetor 2019 e emëroi Drejtor të Paraburgimit të Vlorës, megjithëse atë ditë ishte dhënë pretenca dhe u dënua 6 muaj burg.
Madje më 24 tetor 2019, në emisionin “Opinion”, Babloku tha: - “Egon Velaj ka mashtruar PS për dënimin e tij, llumra të tillë nuk kanë vend në PS, dhe as PS nuk do ketë lidhje me ta”.
Por ja që PS, po e përdor si “langua gjahu” për vota dhe si “qen” leh kundër mediave, prandaj Bablok, lidhe Egonin e Vlorës!
Vendimi i Këshillit për media etike
Bordi i Aleancës për Media Etike pasi shqyrtoi ankesën, KONSTATOI:
1. Gjuha e përdorur në artikull është jo etike, duke përdorur epitete të pahijshme për ta fyer z. Velaj.
2. Artikulli nuk ka si qëllim të informojë publikun, por të sulmojë personazhin.
3. Artikulli ka shkelje etike pasi cënon reputacionin e individit dhe vihet re se ky është edhe qëllimi kryesor në artikull dhe jo ai i informimit të publikut.
