Sali Berisha must resign as leader of the Democratic Party. The call to the leader of the Democratic Party was made by Alesia Balliu, a guest on the show 'Studio Live' on Report TV.
Accusing Sali Berisha as the biggest problem facing the Democratic Party, Balliu said that he is exactly the one who makes the opposition unreliable, unwinnable, and lacking even a moral card.
"I would ask Berisha to resign and not run for the presidency of the DP since we are close to the presidential elections in April."
It would be a salvation for the DP, a salvation for democracy, an opening of the opposition's door to the international factor, an opening of the opposition's door to justice.
Today, as we speak, Berisha is the one who has problems with internationals, declared "non grata" by the US and the United Kingdom, and who attacks SPAK.
"This opposition cannot be credible to the citizens, inspire hope or make a difference. For the opposition party to be victorious, the winning card is morality, which unfortunately this leadership does not have," said Balliu.
According to her, the protests called by the Democratic Party are not aimed at removing Edi Rama as Prime Minister, but at Sali Berisha's political survival.
