In order to appear "invincible and necessary" for the interests of the country and the people, but also to appear as a "living martyr of the nation", Sali Berisha, locked up at home for one of the crimes committed, has begun to make the opposition leader from the balcony, in front of the group left after the arrest.
Making opposition by waving your fingers from the balcony, for Sali Berisha, is the "serum at the end of his political and moral soul", typical of the despairing and squirming without hope in the "cage", which Berisha has understood, but he has to act.
