Amber's statement, after leaving the Big Brother house, that Laertes had had an affair with a transgender friend of hers, was also discussed in the post-Big Brother
"This is the chick Laertes was tied to for a year and a half in Greece. [She] is a famous transgender in Greece. And despite saying it was a mission, the story is true," Amber wrote at the time over a photo of a woman.
However, Amber denied it, once saying that the girl in the photo was not the person Laertes had been with, but she did confirm that he had been in a relationship with a transgender woman in Greece.
Let's go back to Big and remember that this mess from Amber came after Laertes was given the mission of 2 truths and 1 lie, for which Laertes later explained that the lie had been the relationship with a transgender. Laertes explained Amber once and for all:
"I told you this story, which is true. A young dancer, he was shadowing my character until I was killed. Many years later, at a party, I told you, a very beautiful, blonde girl approaches me, comes towards me and says in my ear: 'Don't you remember me? I'm...' I'm not saying her name. And that's when I realized that it was he who was shadowing my character."
Asked again by Amber if he was ashamed to admit to a relationship with a transgender woman, a specific case that, according to Amber, had caused a lot of fuss in Greece, Laertes replied:
"Is it shameful for me?! I have admitted that I did everything and I am not ashamed of anything. The story I know was true, but not that I was (connected) to it."
