Bleona Qereti, has shared a different perspective when it comes to comparisons with well-known names such as Dua Lipa, Rita Ora and Bebe Rexha.
During an interview for 'Living' magazine, she emphasized that her artistic journey is radically different from that of other Albanian singers who have achieved international success.
"Dua Lipa and Rita Ora belong to the American system; they are, technically, British or American singers of Albanian origin,” said Bleona, noting the difference between them.
She went on to emphasize that she finds no reason for comparisons:
"I have no reason to compare myself to them, because our journey is completely different. They did not stand in line for bread like all of us in the 90s, they did not have a career in Albania and then move to the international scene. They were formed there, while I grew up and started here, in Albania."
