Elton Tozaj appears to be facing a worrying situation again, as his personal security is reported to have been compromised for the third time in a few weeks.
After publicly denouncing a brutal physical attack on the highway, where, according to him, he seriously endangered his eyesight, and then finding a gasoline can on the doorstep of his apartment, Tozaj has published new evidence that adds to the concern.
Through his Instagram account, the journalist has shared footage from the security cameras of the building he lives in. The video, dated February 24, 2026, shows a masked person with a hood moving suspiciously on the stairs leading to his apartment.
According to the published footage, the individual attempts to climb the stairs while ensuring that his face is not identified by the cameras.
Tozaj's reaction was immediate. Alongside the video, he wrote:
"3 videos of the ongoing attempt to attack my house! Enough is enough!"
This public statement is seen as a wake-up call to the responsible institutions, while the situation seems to be taking on increasingly serious proportions.
To date, there has been no official reaction to the latest incident. However, the series of reported episodes, from physical assault to alleged attempts near the apartment, has raised strong questions about the journalist's safety and the need for a thorough investigation into the case.
The event is expected to be followed closely, while public opinion demands clarification and concrete measures to guarantee security.
