Singer Parashqevi Simaku agreed to receive treatment at a psychiatric hospital in New York, where she has been for two weeks.
It was businessman Elton Ilirjani who informed via Instagram that doctors had administered the first injection.
The artist's granddaughter, Ani Simaku, has also reacted to this.
"Parashqevi Simaku just called me from the hospital and told me that they had given him his first injection! God is great," writes Ilirjani.
"After much struggle, aunt is receiving the proper treatment, thank you very much to everyone for the support, thank you @eilirjani for everything you are doing," her granddaughter Ani Simaku wrote on Instastory.
After this, Ilirjani appeared wearing the Parashqevija fur coat at the moment it was found at the train station.
