Former resident of the third edition of "Big Brother VIP Albania", Sara Gjordeni, has reacted on social media regarding the quiz recently held inside the house, sharing her personal experience of isolation.
In her post, Sara emphasizes that the format of "Big Brother VIP Albania" is not simply an entertaining spectacle, but a social experiment that tests the reactions and abilities of individuals in conditions of isolation. According to her, staying in such an environment for a long time directly affects memory and concentration.
She explains that after a few weeks, even the most basic things become difficult to remember, giving concrete examples from her own experience and that of other residents.
"Yes, sometimes it's ignorance, but don't forget: Big Brother was created as a social experiment, not as a show, to see the consequences of isolation, among the first of which is memory loss, even for the most basic things," she says.
Sara remembers that after a few weeks at home, even artists like Bardhi couldn't remember the lyrics to their songs, while she herself had difficulty remembering names or even phone numbers.
"I couldn't remember my zyshev's names during a conversation, nor my phone number. We all had difficulty after the first month even remembering the name of a specific dish or a word in a foreign language," she continues.
At the end of the reaction, Sara emphasizes that the format's challenges themselves were built precisely to test this aspect: who manages to maintain the strongest memory after a long period of isolation, and not to assess the level of knowledge.
She closes the message with an appeal to the public: "Don't judge without trying it as an experience on the skin."
