After a period of speculation and innuendo about her involvement in a large-scale narcotics investigation in Istanbul, the truth about the famous actress Hande Erçel has been revealed. The official report of the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institute has confirmed that no traces of prohibited substances were found in her body.
The investigation, led by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, targeted several public figures from the world of art and media. As part of the legal proceedings, blood and hair samples were taken from all those involved for detailed laboratory analysis.
As soon as she received the notification that her name had been mentioned in the file, Erçel immediately returned to Turkey to make herself available to justice. During her testimony, the actress categorically denied the accusations, stating that she had never used narcotics or stimulants.
The results of the tests proved her right, coming out completely negative and clearing her public image. Hande Erçel expressed her hurt by the way these claims circulated in the media, affecting her integrity before the scientific evidence came out.
Meanwhile, authorities indicate that investigations into the other suspects in this operation continue, while for Hande Erçel the case is considered closed regarding drug consumption.
