Roza Lati has been away from the screen for a long time, and her absence has been felt by the public. Recently, in an InstaStory, she responded to followers who asked her about the reasons for leaving television.
Roza honestly revealed that the main reason was the deep disappointment she experienced with the way the television station she worked for operated. She confesses that although she loved and enjoyed her job, the psychological pressure and lack of support in difficult moments forced her to leave.
"The truth is that television has been slandered in my life during this period. When the television station I worked for was attacked, many employees left in fear, and those of us who remained faced the entire burden with a lack of staff. But the public was not supposed to understand – the show must go on," she said.
After the end of the last season of “Why Not?”, Roza experienced a very difficult personal period, including the loss of her two beloved dogs, Petit and Sasha, as well as a failed pregnancy. She also mentioned her participation in Big Brother VIP Albania 3, where she says that she was treated unfairly and that she was disappointed by the fairness and professionalism in some media.
"I'm seeing inexperienced people running programs, who don't know how to speak or convey emotion. They're putting headphones in their ears and dictating in real time. Professionalism is no longer valued - and professionalism is expensive," she emphasized, leading to suspicions that these pins are targeting Heidi Baci after it was rumored at the time that the show promised to Roza was given to her at the last minute.
However, Roza delighted fans with the news that she will return to the screen even stronger and more professional than ever before. She promises not only a personal comeback, but also collaboration with other professionals disappointed with current television, who, as she says, share the same attitude.
"I'm not done with the screen. I'll be back. And not alone. But with a group of professionals who, like me, are tired of the way television is being devalued today," she wrote.
For now, Roza says she is dedicating herself to herself, family, and love.
