"He has damaged the integrity and reputation of football", FIFA condemns Rubiales: There are no words to describe his behavior

Still trouble for the former President of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) Luis Rubiales. This time, the FIFA Disciplinary Commission has expressed itself in relation to his behavior: 

"There are no words to describe his behavior. It has significantly damaged the integrity and reputation of the world of football, to the point that it has caused irreparable damage", reads the file published by the international football federation itself. 

We remind you that Luis Rubiales has been at the center of accusations because of a kiss on the lips against the will of footballer Xheni Hermoso. The episode happened during the women's World Cup victory award ceremony.

The ugly event has also cost the RFEF President and UEFA vice-president his place.
