Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his company INEOS have made a firm decision to cancel the Christmas party at the Manchester United club. It all comes after the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson as the club's ambassador and things look quite serious.
The Christmas party was held every year by the club staff on October 25, and this year will not be the same. It all appears to have been undertaken by INEOS for cost-cutting policies, after Sir Jim Ratcliffe bought a small stake in the club earlier this year.
These decisions have received great attention at the United club. In the meantime, it must be said that the start of the season is quite bad, where in the Premier League the team counts only 8 points after 7 weeks.
