State Police, plan of measures to guarantee order and security before, during and after the international football match between Albania and Moldova, which will take place tomorrow evening, June 17, 2023, at 20:45, at the "Air Albania" stadium ".
In the measures taken, the police emphasize that there will be detailed checks for fans and athletes and some road axes are expected to be blocked.

State Police, plan of measures to guarantee order and security before, during and after the international football match between the teams of Albania and Moldova, which will take place on June 17, 2023, at 20:45, at the "Air Albania" stadium .
The measures taken by the State Police consist of several plans:
• Escorting and providing football players of the football team of Moldova, from the airport of Rinas to the hotel, to the stadium and back to Rinas;
• Escorting and securing the football players of the Albanian football team at the stadium;
• Carrying out a detailed check on the stadium premises and inside the stadium, for unauthorized persons, prohibited items and substances, before the fans enter;
• The organization of services to guarantee public order before, during and after the end of the football match, not only near the stadium, but also the control of the territory in the whole city of Tirana;
• Provision of emergency service routes;
• Road traffic management in the city of Tirana, before, during and after the football match.
In order to guarantee safety before, during and after the development of this international match, a special importance has been given to cooperation with all actors and factors that have a role in the smooth running of this activity, among which we mention:
• Albanian Football Federation;
• Municipal Police;
• Fire Service;
• Private security companies (stewards and security personnel);
• Hospitals, health centers and first aid centers.
Gjithashtu, janë vendosur kontaktet dhe po bashkëpunohet edhe me personelin e shërbimit të sigurisë të ekipit të futbollit të Moldavisë, në funksion të rritjes së standardeve të sigurisë para, gjatë dhe pas zhvillimit të kësaj ndeshjeje ndërkombëtare.
Për mbarëvajtjen e këtij aktiviteti, si dhe për të lehtësuar qarkullimin e automjeteve në qytetin e Tiranës, gjatë datës 17 qershor 2023, nga ora 16:00 deri në përfundim të ndeshjes, nga Policia e Shtetit, në bashkëpunim me Bashkinë e Tiranës, do të aplikohen kufizime të qarkullimit të mjeteve në disa akse rrugore në afërsi të stadiumit.
Rrugët që do të jenë të bllokuara:
-bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nga kryqëzimi i Presidencës deri te stadiumi;
-rruga “Papa Gjon Pali II”;
-rruga “Dervish Hima”, nga ambasada e SHBA-së deri te stadiumi;
-rruga “Asim Zeneli”, nga ambasada e SHBA-së” deri te stadiumi;
-rruga “Themistokli Gërmenji”;
-rruga “Ismail Qemali”, nga kryqëzimi i liceut deri te stadiumi;
-rruga “Mustafa Matohiti”, nga shkolla “Kosova” deri te stadiumi;
-rruga “Jul Variboba”, nga posta deri te stadiumi;
-rruga “Gjergj Filipi”;
-rruga “ Lekë Dukagjini”, nga ish-Gardës së Republikës deri te stadiumi;
-rruga “Avdyl Frashëri”, nga kryqëzimi i Librit Universitar deri te stadiumi.
Në zbatim të planit të masave, punonjësit e Policisë së Shtetit do të ushtrojnë kontroll të imtësishëm ndaj tifozëve, para futjes në stadium, me qëllim parandalimin e futjes në stadium të banderolave me përmbajtje raciste, të fishekzjarrëve, flakadanëve, lëndëve piroteknike dhe sendeve të tjera të forta të rrezikshme për jetën dhe shëndetin e pjesëmarrësve.
The State Police requires the understanding and cooperation of all citizens, for the implementation of the rules of entry and stay in the stadium, as well as the respect of the restrictive measures for circulation, in order to ensure the smooth running of this activity.
We assure all citizens of the full readiness of the State Police structures, to guarantee security standards before, during and after the development of this international match.
