
The seven candidates in the race for the head of the National Bureau of Investigation (BKH) will undergo a physical test today.
It is learned that the candidates arrived at the RENEA department at 7:30 to take this test. They will be supervised by the Special Prosecutor, who is also part of their evaluation committee, Behar Dibra.
Also part of the working group that will deal with the physical examination of the candidates in the competition is a doctor who will take care of their health condition, as well as representatives from the University of Sports and foreign observers.
The physical tests are related to the fact that there must be some physical exercises, which are 200-meter sprints, push-ups, running, and some other exercises. After the physical tests, the psychological test will follow.

Andi Pogaçe, Artur Beu, Elton Kërluku, Gentian Ndoi, Gentjan Shehaj, Gledis Nano and Joni Keta.
How does the procedure for electing the head of the BKH take place?
According to the regulation, 6 steps will be followed for the appointment of the head of the BKH, which are application verification, medical examination and physical fitness test, written essay and logical reasoning test, polygraph test and panel interview, background and asset verification, identification of the winning candidate, training and appointment.
The last point also foresees the selection of the four most potential candidates, which will be sent to the head of SPAK. Altin Dumani will make the final selection and the name of the selected candidate will be presented to the High Prosecutorial Council for approval of the 5-year mandate.
The National Bureau of Investigation is currently headed by Aida Hajnaj, whose term ends on August 31. She failed to submit the documentation within the application deadline.
