Il SP si sta sgretolando dall'interno, mentre Rama governa seminando allarme, minacce e panico.
L'improvvisa uscita di scena di Taulant Balla non è stata un messaggio al pubblico, bensì un segnale di timore per i parlamentari socialisti, in un momento in cui il gruppo parlamentare sta perdendo la disciplina, il controllo del territorio sta sfuggendo di mano e l'erosione della maggioranza si sta trasformando in una vera e propria disgregazione politica.
La comparsa di Taulant Balla in una dichiarazione ai media ieri, dopo la riunione del gruppo parlamentare del SP, è stata del tutto inaspettata.
Non appena la riunione si è conclusa, Balla si è recato nel suo ufficio al secondo piano della sede della Presidenza dell'Assemblea e, poco dopo, è stata inviata una comunicazione ai media annunciando la sua partecipazione a una conferenza.
È probabile, e con esso le voci che circolano, che abbia avuto una conversazione telefonica con il grande capo, ovvero Edi Rama, il quale gli avrebbe ordinato di rilasciare un messaggio pubblico.
Il messaggio fu immediatamente compreso. Non era rivolto solo al pubblico. Era un allarme per i deputati del Partito Socialista, i quali, a quanto pare, si erano stancati della routine disciplinare e avevano irritato seriamente "i piani alti".
Per comprendere la situazione che regna nella maggioranza, basta guardare le foto che gli stessi deputati del Partito Socialista distribuiscono, di solito senza troppa cura, giusto per dimostrare di essere stati al lavoro. Quell'immagine è sufficiente a creare una forte impressione.
In quasi nessuno di questi ritratti dei socialisti in Assemblea si può notare un'espressione rilassata o normale, soprattutto tra i nomi che gravano sulla cupola.
Una di queste foto è particolarmente significativa. Ritrae tre figure importanti della maggioranza: Ogerta Manastirliu, Lindita Nikolla e Milva Ekonomi. I loro ritratti sono così statici da creare immediatamente l'idea di una tensione forte e diffusa.
Questa stessa situazione è stata dimostrata anche dalla caotica conferenza stampa di Taulant Balla, che, con ogni probabilità, ha influenzato anche le domande che sarebbero state poste dai giornalisti.
La questione relativa a Elisa Spiropali ha attirato l'attenzione, offrendo l'occasione per rievocare il segnale di punizione nei confronti della "ribelle" che, secondo il linguaggio in codice della maggioranza, non si è "ricordata". Balla ha implicitamente ribadito il messaggio che la questione sarà oggetto di analisi, non solo per Elisa, ma anche per altre che potrebbero seguire le sue orme.
Almeno questo è quanto si evince da quella raccolta di frasi sconnesse e prive di un forte legame organico, pronunciate dal numero due della maggioranza.

What is noticeable, or what emerges from the voices within the majority, is that Edi Rama's alarm has a strong cause, even though part of this situation is the product of his chaotic plan. A plan that requires a more complete analysis, but which can already be said to be spinning out of control.
This is because things are moving quickly. It can be said that within the SP, its gravitational centers have been shaken, both in political references and in territory.
The majority, as a parliamentary majority, still functions in Assembly votes due to inertia. But as a political body, it is disintegrating at a dizzying speed.
The erosion that appears in the parliamentary group meetings is undoubtedly the strongest signal. Meanwhile, in the territory the situation seems even more dramatic. The political leader of Tirana, Ogerta Manastirliu, does not even have control over her unit, the one she has covered for a long time, unit 9.
Tirana's "Stalingrad", unit 5, is completely out of control. The only one who has any real activity with his groups is Erion Braçe, who is officially seen as a traitor by Edi Rama.
The leader of the Socialist Party moved Taulant Balla to Elisa Spiropali's former area to prevent the creation of an anti-party nucleus, but also to mitigate the clash in unit 5, as a result of the open war between Balla, Braçe and Xhafaj.
But the chaos is not limited to Tirana. It reigns everywhere, especially in the southern leftist bastions. The media illness of the mayor of Gjirokastra is nothing more than the most obvious caricature of the war within the species. In Vlora, the situation seems even more serious, as a result of the clash between Gramoz Ruçi's faction and Edi Rama's people.
In Fier, the situation can be considered somewhat more controlled, because Belinda Balluku has entered there full-time, now more relieved of the burden of government. Korça is only seemingly calm as Niko Peleshi's "kaza", because the situation inside it is boiling and the signals have been reaching the top for a long time.
The only relatively peaceful part of the majority is the one that controls the criminal underground groups. This picture is most clearly seen in Elbasan, but it is also visible in Tirana, Durrës, Dibër and many other parts of the country.
The real problem for Edi Rama is not the strong, who so far remain in agreement with the "big boss". The real problem is the old gravitational centers in the SP structures, especially in the big cities, starting from Tirana. It is enough to look at the posts of the delegates and the massive cooling and dramatic erosion is clearly noticeable.

Pamfleti! Lulzim Basha shikonte revolucione në gotën e verës. Kujtoni ëndrrat e Albert Verris te filmi Kapedani. Me topa, me kavaleri, me nën/komandanta dhe me mustaqe. Dhe ka mundësi që duke u gëdhirë e nesërmja, të shikoni në ëndërr, një traget plot me pasagjer të alarmuar dhe rreth saj disa skafe rreth të cilëve po hovin për të hipur e larguar sipas shoqënisë e të farefisnisë më të shkathtit. Vetëm kumandanti i tragetit dhe disa lundërtar të kalitur në det të trazuar, do qëndrojnë pran tij, me shpresë që të ikurit do kthehen një ditë ti bashkohen shoqnisë dhe ti kërkojnë të falur qëndrestarëve. Kur analizën ta bëni vetë, pa ju referuar as Lulit, as Taulantit , as Spiropalit, as Braçes dhe as Manastirliut do kuptoni dhe do rikujtoni ëndrrën. Ndoshta ata shpërndahen si në ëndërr dhe rigrupohen si në ëndrrën që pash unë. Por 'Titaniku pati fund të keq, dhe komandanti nuk zgjodhi të shpëtonte kokën. Ky vaporristi i sotëm ,as e braktis anijen, as i largon shokët, por i mban me shpresë se ndonji fuqi hyjnore apo tokësore do thaj detin, ose një stuhi do ta nxjer tragetin në breg të detit në rërë.
