The Socialist Party has submitted to the Parliament of Albania the draft with the amendments to the law on investigative commissions in the country. Socialist deputy Ermonela Felaj said that the new law clarifies the balance between the legislature and the justice bodies, while it clearly defines when an investigative commission will be established.
The head of the DP group, Gazment Bardhi, when asked by journalists about this proposal, said that the law is black, just like the lady who drafted it.
"Look at the lady who proposed the law, the lady is black, the law is also black. Only Ermonela Felaj could propose such a law, which is basically not the law of the Constitution, but of hatred. As for our right to establish investigative commissions, it is unconstitutional and anti-principle. See the author of the bill and the law. The author is black and the law is also black", said Bardhi.
