Exactly 36 years ago, at the end of June and the beginning of July 1990, thousands of Albanian citizens, mainly from Tirana, but also from different regions of the country, broke the railings and walls of foreign embassies and entered their enclosures, seeking political asylum and, with the aim of leaving Albania. Regarding these events, which are now known as the "Embassy Event of July 2, 1990", from that time onwards, for almost 35 years in a row, much has been said and written, both with testimonies of the people who entered the embassies, main protagonists of the events of those days, or former high-ranking state officials of that time, police chiefs, etc., as well as with archival documents, mainly extracted from the Central State Archive, part of the fund of the former Central Committee of the Albanian People's Liberation Army.
But even after the publication of dozens of articles, even today not all that happened on those hot July days in Tirana has been revealed, such as who were the first citizens to enter the embassies, how the clash with the police began, who were the people who were arrested, etc. etc. Based on this, to shed some light on those events, in this article we are publishing some archival documents extracted from the Archives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs where there are secret operational communiqués (already declassified) where the leadership groups of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have noted almost everything that happened on those days with the embassies, or the riots in the political camps and prisons, which were in solidarity with the events of July 2. These documents are published for the first time and with the relevant facsimiles.

On 22.6.1990, according to preliminary data at 24.05, from the terrace of the residence of the Arab ambassador, the policeman of the Hungarian embassy saw that a person in a white shirt let down a rope. The operational group went to the place where the ambassador said that we will clarify it tomorrow.

Më datën 29.6.1990, në pjesën e përparme të Muzeut “Enver Hoxha”, u dëgjua një plasje e fortë. Në vend u gjet një trup metalik me dimensione 6.5 cm. x 2.5 cm., i cili ka plasur në ajër nga drejtimi lindje-perëndim. Nga hetimet del se objekti është sinjal-dhënës që nuk është paisije ushtarake.
Më datën 30.6.1990, ora 01.30, 12 persona (3 femra), kanë hyrë në ambasadën algjeriane, kanë thyer xhamat në katin e dytë. Këta kanë takuar ambasadorin dhe kërkojnë që t’i nxjerrë jashtë shtetit.
Ky i fundit ka hyrë në bisedime dhe u ka thënë që do të bisedojë me qeverinë shqiptare që t’u japë pasaportën sipas ligjit në fuqi, nuk keni vepruar drejt, pasi këtu në Shqipëri jetohet shumë mirë, mos u gënjeni nga televizioni.
Për këtë problem unë do të bisedojmë me shokët e Ministrisë së Punëve të Jashtme, që të dilni nesër nga rezidenca. Në vend ka shkuar grupi i gatishmërisë, për çdo eventualitet.

Më datën 7.7.1990, u ndalua Vladimir Olloman Elezi, vjeç 28, për arsye se u kap tek muri i ambasadës italiane, duke komunikuar me ata që ishin brenda,
Më datën 7.7.1990, u shoqëruan për në rajonin e policisë 472 shtetas, kryesisht të moshave të reja, që u kapën në afërsi të ambasadave: Durrësi 152 veta, Shkodra 130, Kruja 24, Elbasani 24, Vlora 20, Fieri 15, dhe pjesa tjetër nga rrethet Berat, Lushnje, Gjirokastër, Korçë dhe Dibër.
Më datën 7.7.1990, u ndalua Pal Marash Delia, vjeç 33, banues në Krujë, gazetar, për arsye se ka kundërshtuar me dhunë punëtorin e policisë.
Më datën 8.7.1990, tek Banka, nën punësi i ambasadës jugosllave, Shapsedin Mustafa, që drejtonte makinën TD 065, përplaset me autobusin me targë TR 00-352. Në vend shkoi grupi operativ.
Më datën 8.7.1990, u ndalua Suzana Riza Trushi, vjeç 31, punëtore, për arsye se ka fyer punonjësit e policisë së ambasadës italiane.
Më datën 8.7.1990, nga shërbimi i organizuar për krehjen e rrugëve, u shoqëruan për në rajon, 412 persona: Shkodra 69, Vlora 45, Mirdita 10, Lezha 12, Puka 4, Librazhdi 2, Lushnja 16, Saranda 4, Erseka dhe Pogradeci nga 1, Elbasani 47, Berati 22. Kruja 50, Korça 40, Tepelena 4, Laçi 50, Fieri 21 dhe Burreli 4.

On 12.7.1990, 4 Poles arrived at Rinas airport on a Hungarian plane. They said they were from the Red Cross. They had 8 residents with them with medicine to take to their embassy in Tirana. By order of the Ministry's leadership, they were not given visas and they stayed at the airport. Likewise, an Englishman, who says he is a journalist photographer, and 1 Turk, yes a journalist.
On 31.7.1990, Kujtim Bajram Meçe, 27 years old, was arrested for trying to enter the Polish embassy./ Memorie.al
