3,000-10,000 euros per person was the amount demanded from customers to provide them with forged documents to travel to Great Britain and Ireland, but also to other European Union countries, by the structured criminal group, which was hit a days ago by the State Police and SPAK.

Journalist Dorjana Bezat revealed the scheme of how the group operated. These citizens regularly fled Albania with Albanian passports to countries in the Schengen area, mainly Spain, where they lived for about a week in hotels or residential apartments and then made the payment. they sent forged documents by post, which could be passports, health cards or licenses with other identities, that looked like they were issued from an EU country and thus could go to Ireland or Great Britain.

It is suspected that these documents were produced in a sophisticated laboratory in Kosovo, which has not yet been found, and then, in cooperation with the "Domi" travel agency, they transported these documents. Meanwhile, in Albania, a base was found where these documents were kept, which was run by Xhelil Alla. Meanwhile, the "head" of the group was Bashkim Sula, who allegedly led the network of 31 people, who were identified by SPAK as part of this criminal group. In cooperation with Njazi Ademaj, he found potential clients.
