The investigations into the street affairs are taking on new dimensions. SPAK, in collaboration with agents from the National Bureau of Investigation, has ordered a wave of searches that have so far included at least 54 homes, offices and businesses linked to key names in the case.

The focus of the operation are important state structures such as the Ministry of Infrastructure, ARRSH and KESH, where key figures such as Chief of Staff Sindi Dushku, former heads of institutions and people involved in public contracts have been targeted. So far, 34 search warrants have been executed, while 20 more are expected to be implemented in the coming days, by decision of Judge Erjon Çela.

Among the people whose homes were raided are Sajmir Kuçi, a former employee of ARRSH; Erald Elezi and Gentian Gjyla, both former managers at KESH and ARRSH, currently under investigation and under arrest for the Llogara tunnel case. Marsel Hoxha, Jonida Çeço and Viola Haxhihademi, who previously held high positions within the Ministry of Infrastructure, are also in the same line.

The operation was kept away from the State Police and was managed exclusively by the BKH, to maintain confidentiality and avoid information leaks.
