
The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs has reacted after the news that a minibus with Albanian tourists was involved in an accident in Catania, Sicily, where 16 people were injured.
In a statement to the media, the ministry informs that the Albanians are out of danger for their lives and have received the necessary help from the authorities.
It is also announced that representatives of the embassy and consulates are monitoring the situation and are in constant contact with the Italian side.
"The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, immediately after the information about the car accident in Catania, has been put in communication with the Italian authorities, through the RSH embassy in Rome and the RSH consulates in Milan and Bari.
According to preliminary information, all the injured have received the necessary help from the health authorities and are out of danger. By order of Minister Igli Hasani, the representatives of the embassy and consulates are monitoring the situation and are in constant contact with the Italian side ", says the MEPJ statement.
