"Today, following the operation, which started 2 weeks ago, 526 points have been identified. Voluntary release has begun, the rest follows through fines and administrative measures. The operation was divided into 3 weeks, after the announcements, the businesses had a time for voluntary departure and there was a very positive reaction. This week we have started with fines and administrative measures", underlined the director of IKMT, Ervin Hoxha.
While Minister Balla said that in no European country can you see such a picture.
"The law has been in force for 11 years and don't forget that it is a European road, it comes from Germany to Croatia, goes down to Albania to Greece. In no country in the world is it allowed that on this road, with this kind of intensity, there should be the appearance of old discarded cars", said the Minister of the Interior.
