Oltion Bistri, former head of Operacionale arrested in the Metamorfoza operation, has had his assets seized by order of SPAK.
The Special Prosecutor's Office has seized the property worth about 1 million euros from Oltion Bistri.
Bistri has been an important leader of the State Police in several important directorates.
In the fall of 2021, Oltion Bistri was on duty at the Lezha Police, while earlier he also headed the Durrës Police. Also, Oltion Bistri was the head of Commissariat No. 2 in Tirana.
Under these conditions, the Special Prosecutor's Office decided to seize the following assets:
-Construction area of the apartment type, with a total area of the apartment including common areas of 400 (four hundred) square meters, with a total price of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) Euros, located in Tirana.

- Shop unit with a construction area of 125 (one hundred and twenty five) square meters, with a total price of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) Euros located in Tirana.
- Shop unit with a construction area of 95 (ninety-five) square meters, with a total price of 230,000 (two hundred and thirty thousand) Euros located in Tirana.
- Construction area of residential apartment type, with a total area of 110.6 m2, with a sale price of 50,300 Euros, located in Tirana.
The former head of the Operational Forces, Oltion Bistri, is under arrest and has a security measure of arrest in prison as part of the investigations of the "Metamorfoza" operation.
The criminal proceedings initiated in 2023 were registered for the criminal offenses "Murder with premeditation", "Passive corruption of judges, prosecutors and other officials of justice bodies", "Active corruption of judges, prosecutors and other officials of justice". , "Illegal deprivation of liberty", "Abuse of duty", "False expertise", "Forgery of documents", "Trafficking in narcotics", "Illegal possession of weapons and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", in cooperation in the form of "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group", "Cleaning of products of criminal offense or criminal activity".
