"Criminal amnesty is my clock", the analyst's alarm: 100 convicts have been released by SPAK

Analyst Poli Hoxha has said that a "time mine" related to Criminal Amnesty will explode soon. he said that there are about 100 convicts from SPAK who have benefited from the amnesty.

"It is a very last act that is a time mine and it has started to explode like a chain effect. Today, the media has reported that there are about 100 SPAK convicts who benefit from the 'Criminal Amnesty'," Hoxha denounced.

According to Hoxha, this is an act against SPAK.

"In Albania there is only one tectonic plate, which is SPAK. Sometimes it's good, sometimes we say to move more, stronger. Since Mr. Duman here is no longer political, there is no chronicle either. Everyone here speaks for or against SPAK", said Hoxha on RTSH.
