Security expert Gert Metani has conducted an analysis of what the hypotheses for Altin Ndoc's escape from Durrës hospital could be.
Metani said that the most plausible hypothesis is that members of his gang may have helped him escape, in order to prevent him from becoming a collaborator of justice.
He also raised the "alarm" that Ndoci, having been helped to escape, may have been eliminated.
'It could also happen in the police station. So someone who has little sense of escape escapes from the police. Without burdening the prison staff, I want to look at it in 3 hypotheses. The first, based on the statements of the person's father, who was burdened, there were no charges. So the first is that he thought of an escape, saw the gaps that are numerous and escaped. The second hypothesis is that he thought of an escape, he may have bought security people to get out that way, so there is also corruption in the middle. The third one I think may be more true, since this person's associates have been released at all, it is not convenient for the criminal group that a person who has been paid in many events remains there, as he may become remorseful.', he said in "Quo Vadis".
Following the escape of Altin Ndoci from the Durrës Regional Hospital, yesterday (January 13), the General Directorate of Prisons has taken administrative and legal measures, suspending the entire chain of command of the Durrës Institution for the Execution of Criminal Decisions and detaining several Prison Police employees.
