The audio recording of "January 21" requires specialized analysis,

The new evidence submitted by Aleks Nika's family for the state crime of January 21, a tape with an audio recording of several radio communications of the chain of command of the Republican Guard, has not been able to be examined by laboratories in Albania.

It is learned that the laboratories do not have the technical capacity to conduct such an expertise, so SPAK has turned to other laboratories abroad.

The Special Prosecution Office has asked the family of the late Aleks Nika to show how the audio recording was obtained, as well as the original device with which the recording was made, since the tape submitted to SPAK is a copy.

In the audio material, Ndrea Prendi, the then commander of the guard, is heard giving the order to open combat fire on the protesters, i.e. no more maneuverable bullets.

The audio recording, which is said to be 34 minutes long, was made by a person who had access to the communication of a channel considered secure and used by senior Guard leaders, who recorded the commands and orders given at the moments when the 4 unarmed protesters were killed in front of the prime minister's office, led by Sali Berisha at the time.
